This low carb stuffed celery makes for a great creamy, flavorful, and fun appetizer or snack. This simple recipe will please your family and friends alike.
I love making fun appetizers and snacks. My family loves it too when they see a tray of goodies coming! I’m always mixing different ingredients and spices together. Then I test them out on my family. They don’t seem to mind! I had some cream cheese and leftover bacon and thought it would all go great with celery. My plate of low carb stuffed celery disappeared quickly.
While I was taking my photos of the cream cheese mixture and the celery, I looked down and saw a little man’s face in the cream cheese. He looked so happy that I had to make a special plate for the kids with a message from him. And I can’t figure out why they are always saying there’s something wrong with me.😜
Let’s Talk Snacks!
This recipe only takes about ten minutes to make, so it’s a great go-to when you need to make something in a hurry. When I make bacon, I like to crumble up a few pieces and store them in the fridge to put on a salad or in a recipe such as this. It’s helpful with staying on track to have keto snack foods on hand. These could include celery, broccoli, cauliflower, cheese, cheese whisps, keto meat sticks, hard boiled eggs, and pickles just to name a few! This way, you never have to be tempted to eat something high carb when you just need to grab a quick snack.
Helpful Hints:
*Make sure your cream cheese is softened which makes it much easier to beat.
*If you’re making your bacon for this recipe, cool it completely before adding to the cream cheese.
