Ingredients
- 4 celery stalks, each quartered
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- Moon cheese
Instructions
1. Rinse celery and cut each stalk into four even sized pieces.
2. In a small bowl, combine softened cream cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder.
3. Stir or beat with an electric mixer to combine.
4. Spoon cream cheese mixture into celery pieces.
5. Press 3-4 pieces of moon cheese into the cream cheese on each celery piece.
