You’ll get rave reviews every time you serve these keto bacon deviled eggs! They’re amazingly delicious and perfect for barbecues, parties, and potlucks!
My children were my first taste testers for these keto bacon deviled eggs, and they absolutely loved them! It’s amazing how the addition of a little bacon really takes these eggs over the top in flavor and texture. These eggs make an awesome snack or appetizer and are perfect for get togethers and special occasion meals!
Let’s talk about eggs!
Eggs have been called the “perfect” food and I like this grand title for them!😂One of the reasons for this label is that eggs provide a variety of vitamins and minerals, and they provide essential amino acids. But, for me, I also love the fact that eggs are an awesome keto food choice. They are low in carbs and a great source of protein and good fat. Another thing I love about eggs is that they can be prepared in so many delicious ways and it’s so easy to incorporate them into all kinds of dishes. When I make a small batch of hard boiled eggs, I use my Dash rapid egg cooker. But for this dish, since I wanted to make a larger batch, I cooked them on the stovetop. I also made extra hard boiled eggs because they’re such an awesome snack!
How do I make these keto bacon deviled eggs?
These eggs are so easy to make, but they’re also incredibly delicious and look quite elegant when serving! You can use a dish specifically made to hold deviled eggs or you can serve them on a plate or platter. When making your filling, you’ll want to first use a fork to mash the egg yolks to help ensure you won’t have big lumps in your filling. When filling your egg whites, you can use a piping bag or a plastic bag with a corner cut off. You can also simply spoon the filling into the whites. For toppings, I love the look and taste of a little sprinkle of paprika, so I started with this. Then comes the bacon! I recommend crumbling your bacon into small pieces for these eggs. Then just top your eggs with a few pieces of bacon and your deviled eggs are ready to serve!

Watch out though, they may just steal the show at your next party or get together!😉They’re also an excellent choice to bring to potlucks. I love serving hard boiled eggs as an appetizer for holiday meals and special occasion meals. One of my favorite things to do for a party is to serve a variety of appetizers, then serve a main dish such as chili or keto pot roast. These eggs make an awesome snack option as well. You can also serve them as a side for anything from grilled meats to roasts and casseroles. They’re a perfect brunch dish as well.
