This awesome keto fry sauce is amazingly delicious! It combines the perfect balance of sweet and tangy flavors!
When you want a classic and flavorful fry sauce that’s also low carb, this awesome keto fry sauce will always be a huge hit. We combine just a few simple, but incredibly delicious ingredients, to make this dipping sauce which comes together in just 5 minutes.
Let’s talk about keto mayonnaise!
I love mayonnaise, and it’s one of my favorite ingredients to add great flavor and creaminess to all kinds of dishes. When buying mayonnaise, you’ll want to carefully check the ingredients to make sure there are no added ingredients you don’t want. Many prepared mayonnaises contain canola oil, high fructose corn syrup, modified corn starch or potato starch, msg, soybean oil, sugar, or sunflower oil. I mostly like to stick to using avocado oil or olive oil for all of my dishes. The good news is that you do have some great options for keto mayonnaise. My go-to store bought mayo is from the Chosen Foods brand and is made with avocado oil. Primal Kitchen also makes an avocado oil mayonnaise. Another great option is to make homemade mayonnaise. It’s super quick and easy, and it’s super creamy and delicious!
What other ingredients go into this awesome keto fry sauce?
To our mayonnaise, we add keto ketchup, dill pickle juice, smoked paprika, tamari, and garlic powder. For the ketchup, just as with the mayonnaise, you’ll want to read nutrition labels to ensure there is no added sugar or other ingredients you don’t want. My favorite store bought brand for ketchup is Primal Kitchen. I also love making homemade keto ketchup! The dill pickle juice adds awesome flavor and the smoked paprika gives our sauce a nice smoky element. Tamari also adds amazing flavor to this dip. Although most tamari is gluten free, I still recommend checking your nutrition labels as there are brands of tamari which are not gluten free. A little garlic powder rounds out our flavors perfectly. As written, this is a mild sauce. If you’d like to add some heat, you can add some cayenne pepper or some hot sauce to your sauce.
What are some ways I can serve this awesome keto fry sauce?
You have some great low carb options for serving this fry sauce! Of course, if you make keto fries, you can serve this sauce with them! Keto fries are often made using rutabagas or turnips. You can also serve this sauce as a topping for burgers, keto sandwiches, lettuce wraps, brats, and sausages. It’s an awesome dipping sauce for chicken, keto chicken nuggets, and all kinds of cooked shrimp! You can also drizzle some of this sauce over cooked vegetables. Some good low carb vegetable choices include asparagus, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, and green beans. You can also serve this sauce as a quick and easy dressing for green salads. Another option is to use this delicious sauce as an appetizer dip with raw vegetables.
