Ingredients
- 4 cups chicken, cooked and chopped
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup chopped cherry tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons diced onion
- 1 ounce pepperoni, chopped
- 10 black olives, chopped
- ⅓ cup keto mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
Instructions
1. In a large mixing bowl, add chicken, shredded cheese, tomatoes, onion, pepperoni, and olives. Set aside.
