It’s always a benefit to be able to make quick and easy keto desserts. It takes only 10 minutes to make this fudge and then about an hour to let it chill in the freezer! You’ll be amazed with the smooth consistency and sweet deliciousness of this fudge!
What is the best peanut butter to use for this recipe?
Many peanut butters contain cane sugar and other ingredients that are not keto and not low carb. That’s why it’s always important to read the nutrition labels for your foods. I like peanut butter that contain only peanuts. I’ll sometimes buy ones that contain peanut butter and salt. If your peanut butter doesn’t contain salt, add ½ teaspoon of salt to this fudge. If your peanut butter contains salt, you don’t need to add any additional salt to this fudge.
What kind of chocolate chips did you use for this chocolate peanut butter keto fudge recipe?
I recommend using semi-sweet keto chocolate chips for this recipe. Semi-sweet chips contain the perfect amount of sweetness for this fudge. If you want a fudge that is not as sweet, you could use a darker chocolate. I used Lily’s brand semi-sweet chocolate chips for my fudge. They taste awesome!
Do you have any tips for making this fudge?
There are a few things you can do to ensure this fudge comes out perfectly. First, line your pan with parchment paper to cover the bottom and up the sides of your pan. This will allow you to lift the entire piece of fudge out of the pan to cut and saves your pan from getting cut and scratched up! Second, microwave your chocolate chips and peanut butter in 30 second intervals, stirring after each interval. Third, allow your fudge to set in the freezer for about an hour or until it is completely set before serving.
