These no-bake keto peanut butter chocolate bars are smooth and creamy low carb deliciousness! Close your eyes and you may think you’re eating a peanut butter cup!
Are you missing your favorite peanut butter cups? These no-bake keto peanut butter chocolate bars will satisfy your craving! I love making quick and easy keto desserts. These bars combine the best of both worlds….peanut butter and chocolate. I hope you love them as much as we do!
Let’s talk about the dry ingredients for these bars!
Almond flour, coconut flour, and keto powdered sugar combine to help create the perfect taste and texture for these bars. And they are all low carb! My favorite sweetener is Swerve. This brand makes brown, granulated, and powdered sugars. They all contain zero calories and zero carbs; and they are all delicious! A touch of salt and cinnamon are added to these bars to create an extra burst of flavor!
Let’s cover the wet ingredients for this dessert!
First, we start with keto peanut butter. You can use any peanut butter brand you’d like for these bars. When I buy peanut butter, I want it to contain only peanuts, or peanuts and salt. That’s it! The combination of butter and coconut oil is one we enjoy. I chose unrefined coconut oil for this recipe because it has more of a coconut flavor than refined oil does. A teaspoon of vanilla adds the perfect touch for these bars.
Are these no-bake keto peanut butter chocolate bars hard to make?
These bars are incredibly easy to make! Here are some tips for making the perfect bars. First, I recommend you line your pan with parchment paper. This allows you to lift the bars completely from the pan. It makes for easy clean up and saves your pan from getting cut or scratched when you cut your bars. Second, freezing your peanut butter layer for 15 minutes will allow the bars to set. This helps to ensure you can easily spread your chocolate layer on top. My final suggestion is to allow the bars to set in the freezer for at least 2 hours after you add the chocolate layer. You want your chocolate to completely set to achieve the perfect texture for these bars!
