These keto cream cheese bites are a super quick, easy, and delicious low carb treat! Enjoy!
You will not believe how decadent these 4-ingredient frozen keto cream cheese bites are! In just 10 minutes and with just an hour chill time, you can have these creamy awesomely delicious treats ready to serve! And, amazingly, each yummy dessert bite comes in at just 0.5 net grams of carbs!
Let’s talk about the ingredients in these frozen keto cream cheese bites!
We start with a combination of cream cheese and butter. This helps to create a rich and incredibly creamy mixture. There are many recipes for low carb cream cheese bombs out there. Many call for keto granulated sugar. I used Swerve powdered sugar for these treats. This sugar contains zero calories and zero net carbs. It is delicious and helps to ensure you get creamy cream cheese bites which aren’t, in any way, grainy. A touch of vanilla rounds off these keto bites. I think these taste like frozen cream cheese frosting, which is an incredibly good thing!😊
Do you have any tips for making these keto bites?
This is an incredibly quick and easy recipe! But there are a few things you can do to ensure yours come out perfectly. First, line either one very large or two 13×9 inch pans with parchment paper. This will keep your treats from sticking to your pan(s). Next, make sure your cream cheese and butter are softened. This will help to create the optimal creamy texture for these keto bites. Last, I suggest you freeze these treats for at least an hour before serving. Then simply store them in a covered container in the freezer. They stay somewhat soft even in the freezer, so you can grab one or two and eat them anytime you’d like!
Are there any additions or changes I can make to these frozen keto cream cheese bites?
This is an awesome basic recipe which can easily be adapted and changed up! You could start by changing the vanilla extract to other flavored extracts. There are quite a few great keto options for additions to this recipe. You could add keto chocolate chips, unsweetened coconut, or some chopped nuts, just to name a few. I’m looking forward to making and sharing with you some fun variations of these keto bites!
