This creamy keto everything bagel dip is amazingly flavorful and will be a huge hit every time you serve it!
I recently made this creamy keto everything bagel dip for a get together, and everyone loved it! I had numerous requests for the recipe which made my heart very happy. This dip comes together quickly and is perfect for barbecues, parties, or potlucks. It’s also a perfect appetizer dip your holiday and special occasion meals.
Let’s talk about the ingredients that help make this dip so creamy!
We combine three ingredients which make this dip exceptionally rich and creamy. I often make dips using a combination of keto mayonnaise and sour cream and we’re using both in this dip. But we’re also adding cream cheese to this dip. Cream cheese is an awesome keto choice since it’s low in carbs and is a good source of fat. It’s also creamy and delicious! You’ll want to start with softened cream cheese for this dip. When buying mayonnaise, you’ll want to check nutrition labels to make sure there is no added sugar and no added oils you don’t want. I used the Chosen Foods brand avocado oil mayonnaise for my dip. The combination of cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream help to create an amazingly rich, creamy, and flavorful dip!
What other ingredients go into this creamy keto everything bagel dip?
You’ll be amazed at the awesome flavor in this dip that comes with the addition of just a few simple but tasty ingredients! To our cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream, we start with adding a generous amount of everything bagel seasoning. If you’ve never tried everything bagel seasoning, this is a great way to give it a try! You may see slight variations depending on the specific brand you use, but the main ingredients in most include black and white sesame seeds, minced dried garlic and onion, poppy seeds, and salt or sea salt flakes. It’s a delicious mixture that works great in all kinds of dishes including dips, meats, salads, sauces, and vegetables, just to name a few. To finish off our dip, we add dried parsley, garlic and onion powder, and smoked paprika. The smoked paprika gives our dip both amazing flavor and nice color!
How can I serve this creamy keto everything bagel dip?
You have some great low carb options for serving this dip. As an appetizer dip, one of the best choices for dippers is to use raw vegetables. Some of our favorites include broccoli, cauliflower, celery, cherry or grape tomatoes, cucumbers, mushrooms, radishes, and sliced bell peppers. Some other great options are to use cheese whisps, keto crackers, or pork rinds as dippers. For a fun change up, you can also used sliced cheese or meats such as pepperoni and salami as dippers.
