Let’s talk about the ingredients in our creamy keto ginger dressing!
We start with a combination of keto mayonnaise and sour cream to make an amazingly creamy and delicious dressing. I used the Chosen Brand avocado oil mayo for my dressing, but you can use your favorite for yours. The addition of tahini, which consists of ground and roasted sesame seeds, adds amazing flavor and creamy texture to our dressing. I love the combination of flavors that apple cider vinegar, rice vinegar, and tamari bring to this dressing. You’ll want to make sure you’re using plain rice vinegar and not seasoned rice vinegar to avoid unwanted ingredients, including sugar. The freshly grated ginger and minced garlic cloves add amazing flavor to our dressing. We then add some keto sugar to help balance out our flavors and some salt and pepper. I recommend you give your dressing a taste and add more salt if desired.

You can also add more keto sugar if you’d like a little sweeter dressing. Want a more garlicky dressing, add a clove or two more! You can also add more salt and pepper if you’d prefer.
