We love deviled eggs and these everything bagel keto deviled eggs are an awesome way to make them! You can serve these as an appetizer or as a quick and easy snack. These are a fun deviled egg variation I hope you’ll enjoy as much as we do!
Let’s talk about our ingredients!
We start with hard boiled eggs. If I’m making a smaller batch of hard-boiled eggs, I use one of my favorite kitchen appliances, my Dash rapid egg cooker! But when I’m making a larger batch, I usually boil them on the stove. You can use your favorite method to cook your eggs. To our hard-boiled eggs, we add keto mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, dill pickle juice, and everything bagel seasoning. I used Dijon mustard, but if you’d like, you could use yellow mustard. Pickle juice adds amazing tang and flavor to our eggs. For the everything bagel seasoning, I recommend starting with 1½ tablespoons. You can then taste your filling and add ½ tablespoon more. You can also sprinkle your eggs with some paprika or with more everything bagel seasoning which makes for a pretty presentation.
Do you have any tips for making these everything bagel keto deviled eggs?
Deviled eggs are easy to make, but there are some things you can do so yours turn out perfectly every time. First, when making your filling, you’ll want to add your yolks to a mixing bowl, then use a fork to mash them into fine crumbles. This will help give your filling the perfect consistency. Then you’ll simply add the remaining filling ingredients and stir or whisk to combine them. For filling your egg white halves with the filling, you have a few good options. You can simply spoon your mixture into the egg whites. If you’d like a fancy option, you can use a piping bag to fill your egg whites. Another easy option for filling the eggs is to place your filling into a Ziploc bag, cut off a tip of the bag, and press out the filling into the egg whites.
