These keto blueberry raspberry fat bombs are awesomely sweet and fruity treats! Enjoy!
When you want a fun dessert or sweet snack, these keto blueberry raspberry fat bombs will satisfy! These little beauties contain the perfect combination of creamy, fruity, and sweet. Each fat bomb contains only 1.2 net grams of carbs, so you can enjoy these often!
Let’s talk about blueberries and raspberries!
Most fruits are high in carbs and don’t fit into a low carb keto plan. Most berries, however, have a much lower carb count and, in moderation, are great keto options. Blueberries contain over twice the amount of carbs than blackberries, raspberries, and strawberries. But, in limited amounts, they’re still acceptable. One cup of blueberries contains 17-18 net grams of carbs. For this recipe, we’re only adding 3 ounces of blueberries, about ½ cup. Blueberries are a low-calorie food but provide us a good source of manganese and Vitamins C and K. They are a good source of fiber and contain important antioxidants.
Raspberries are an awesome low carb fruit choice. One cup of raspberries contains only about 7 net grams of carbs. Raspberries are a low-calorie food and rich in important nutrients. They provide us with folate, iron, magnesium, manganese, potassium, and vitamins C, E, and K. Raspberries are also a good source of fiber.
What other ingredients go into these keto blueberry raspberry fat bombs?
We combine cream cheese and butter to give these treats great flavor, richness, and incredible creaminess. I used the Swerve brand for my powdered sugar. It contains zero calories and zero net carbs. I think it’s also delicious. You can use any brand of keto powdered sugar you’d like. Swerve is a one-to-one substitution. This means that it is comparable in sweetness to regular sugar, so you add the same amount to your recipe as you would regular sugar. Brands differ on their sweetness, so if you use a different brand, you may have to adjust the amount you add. Our last two ingredients are vanilla and salt. Both these ingredients bring subtle, but great flavor to our treats.
How do I make these keto blueberry raspberry fat bombs?
These fat bombs are incredibly easy to make, but I do have some tips for making them. First, I recommend using a blender to make these fat bombs. This is the best way to break down the berries and to get a smooth mixture. If you use an electric mixer, you’ll want to chop and mash your berries. You’ll likely still have some larger pieces of blueberries as they are harder to mash. Next, for the best and creamiest results, you’ll want your cream cheese and butter softened before using. There are a couple of great options for finishing your fat bombs. You can evenly divide your mixture between 24 paper lined muffin tins. You can also use candy molds to make your fat bombs. This recipe will fill 24 medium candy molds. Last, freeze your treats for 3-4 hours or until completely set before serving.

Have you made these with 6 ounces of blueberries and no raspberries with good results?
Lisa
Hi Heather. I have not tried that but I think it would turn out great. If you use all blueberries, just know the carb count will be a little higher. Let me know if you try it and how it turns out!

I made them and they are delicious. They are super melty though so I will make them again when it’s not summer anymore.
Lisa
Yay! Did you freeze them? Mine set up nicely after freezing for a few hours. You might want to freeze yours overnight. They do soften pretty quickly after they’re removed from the freezer. Glad you enjoyed them!
