This keto chocolate milk is incredibly rich and decadent! It takes only 5 minutes to make so you can enjoy it often!
My mother-in-law lives with us and she is going to be 90 years old in just a couple of weeks. She owned a tearoom for many years. She was also the main chef for one of our local senior community centers and cooked for church functions until she was in her 70’s. When I served her this keto chocolate milk, she said it was the best chocolate milk she’d ever tasted.💕I love cooking and baking and creating new keto recipes. But it really makes it all worth it when my family loves my creations. I hope you enjoy this keto chocolate milk as much as my family does!
Let’s talk about the ingredients in this keto chocolate milk!
With just 6 simple ingredients, you can make this delicious low carb keto chocolate milk. This recipe starts with almond milk. You can use any brand you’d like. Just make sure it is unsweetened and low carb. For extra richness, we’ll add a little heavy cream. For my sugar, I used the keto brand Swerve erythritol. It contains zero calories and zero net carbs and is absolutely delicious! I have tried many unsweetened cocoas. You can use any brand you like; but I find Rodelle’s has an incredible depth of chocolate flavor and it is my go-to cocoa powder! I also love Watkin’s vanilla, but you can use any vanilla you’d like. A pinch of salt completes this recipe!
Can I really make this keto chocolate milk in just 5 minutes?
Absolutely! This is a wonderful quick and easy recipe. I use a stand blender to make this chocolate milk. Alternately, you could use a hand mixer if that works better for you. I do recommend sifting your cocoa powder so you don’t end up with any lumps. Just add all ingredients and blend until combined. You can also double this recipe if you’d like.
Do you have any tips for making this keto chocolate milk?
This is a quick, easy, and delicious recipe. But there are a couple of things I’d like to share with you about this recipe. This keto chocolate milk makes a fairly thick chocolate milk. This is how my family likes their chocolate milk. If you want a thinner chocolate milk, you can use 2¼ cups of unsweetened almond milk with ¼ cup of heavy cream. You can also simply add additional almond milk if this is too thick or too chocolatey for your taste.😊For a fun variation, you could also add a little cinnamon to your chocolate milk.

Helpful Hints:
*I recommend sifting your cocoa powder to avoid having lumps in your chocolate milk.
*This is a thick chocolate milk! You can thin it out if you’d like by using less heavy cream and more almond milk if you’d like.
