These keto chocolate peanut clusters are made with just 4 ingredients and are decadent and delicious! If you don’t tell anyone these are low carb and keto, they’ll never guess it!
I grew up on a small dairy farm in Wisconsin. My grandparents lived on a dairy farm about a quarter of a mile from our house. Grandma was an awesome cook and baker. Her country farmhouse had a huge walk in pantry. The right side was all countertop workspace and the left side was floor to ceiling shelves. On one of the middle shelves, grandma always had a stock of everyone’s favorite candy. She always had a bag of Brach’s peanut clusters on that shelf! These keto chocolate peanut clusters are just as rich and delicious but without the sugar and carbs! I think if my grandma was still here, she would love them.💕
What is the best chocolate to use for these keto chocolate peanut clusters?
I think semi-sweet chocolate chips work best for this recipe. They contain just the right amount of sweetness! I used Lily’s semi-sweet chocolate chips. They contain erythritol and stevia extract. This makes them a zero net carb food! And they taste like the real deal! You could use any keto chocolate for these sweet treats. If you’d like a darker option, you could use dark chocolate. If you want a sweeter option, you can substitute with any keto milk chocolate product.
Do you have any tips for making these keto chocolate peanut clusters?
This is a quick and easy recipe; but there are a few things you can do to ensure its success. First, line the bottom of your pans with wax paper. This way, they won’t stick to the pan. Second, adding a little coconut oil to the chocolate helps to ensure the mixture will coat the peanuts. Third, make sure you freeze the clusters for 30-45 minutes in the freezer. This will allow them to set completely. Fourth, you might want to remove the chocolate peanut clusters from the refrigerator a few minutes before serving. They will soften a bit if you do this. Last, these chocolate peanut clusters are an awesome idea to keep in mind when making keto Christmas sweets.🎄

I made these for my 60th birthday to send home with those who came. They were a hit. Going to make some more to send to my Sister-in-law for her birthday. Very easy to make and taste great!
