Let’s talk about the ingredients in our keto cinnamon whipped cream!
There are only 4 simple ingredients in our cinnamon whipped cream, but they combine to make an amazingly delicious and sweet treat! We start with heavy whipping cream. Fun fact for the day, to be classified as heavy whipping cream, the cream must contain at least 36% milk fat. Heavy whipping cream is an awesome keto ingredient since it’s relatively low in carbs yet brings an airy and rich quality to dishes. To our heavy whipping cream, we add keto powdered sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon. Yum! For my powdered sugar, I used the Swerve brand. It is similar in sweetness to regular sugar and contains zero calories and zero net carbs. Vanilla brings amazing flavor to our whipped cream. I think ½ teaspoon of cinnamon brings the perfect cinnamon flavor to this whipped cream, but you can add even more if you’d like.
