This keto crockpot jerk pulled pork combines the perfect balance of sweet, savory, and warm flavors with a nice touch of heat! Enjoy!

You’ll get rave reviews every time you serve this delicious keto crockpot jerk pulled pork. I use a homemade keto jerk seasoning mix and by doing this, you can adjust the ingredients to make this dish as mild or as spicy as you’d like. Your house will smell amazing while your roast cooks low and slow all day!

Let’s talk about our homemade keto jerk seasoning mix!
I enjoy making homemade seasoning mixes and keto jerk seasoning is one of my newest to create. You have some great reasons for making your own seasoning mixes. One of the best reasons is that packaged mixes often contain unwanted ingredients that you can avoid when you make your own. For our jerk seasoning, we combine keto brown sugar, garlic and onion powder, cayenne pepper, parsley, salt, smoked paprika, thyme, allspice, pepper, cinnamon, cloves, cumin, ginger, nutmeg, and red pepper flakes. This combination creates a mix that is absolutely delicious with a touch of sweetness and a touch of heat. If you’d like a milder mix, you can omit the cayenne pepper, the red pepper flakes, or both. Alternately, if you want more heat, you can add more of either or of both!

How do I make this keto crockpot jerk pulled pork?
This dish is pretty easy to make, but there are a few things you can do to ensure yours comes out perfectly. Although it’s an extra step, after seasoning your roast, I highly recommend taking the time to sear it before adding it to the crockpot. This creates an awesome crust for the meat which makes it even more delicious. You can use a large stockpot to sear your roast. If your roast is too big, you can use a large skillet instead. You’ll want to place your roast fat side up in the crockpot. I like to cook my roast on low for 8-10 hours or even 12 hours if time allows. You can remove as much or as little of the fat from your roast as you’d like. After shredding your pork, you can also add as much of the extra liquid to the pork as you’d like.

What are some ways I can serve this keto crockpot jerk pulled pork?
You have some wonderful options for serving this dish. If you don’t want pulled pork, you can cut your roast into pieces and serve it that way. I served about ¾ of my roast pulled, and cut the remaining ¼ into pieces because my family enjoys both! I love starting meals with a salad, and I’ll often chop up some iceberg or romaine lettuce, then serve it with our favorite salad toppings. For sides, any low carb cooked vegetable would make a great addition to this pork. Some great choices include asparagus, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, and green beans. I love serving pulled pork with coleslaw too. If you’d like, you can make a lettuce wrap or keto sandwich using this pulled pork. For bread, you can use your favorite keto bread, chaffles, or keto English muffins.

Here are some coleslaw dishes that would pair perfectly with this pulled pork!
