These keto peanut butter chocolate bites make for a wonderful creamy low carb treat! Spoil yourself and make a batch or two of these sweets!
These keto peanut butter chocolate bites rock! I stored the leftovers in our downstairs freezer so I wouldn’t keep eating them! Using just 5 awesome ingredients, and taking only 15 minutes prep time and a couple hours in the freezer, you will be amazed at how decadent these are. And they come in at just 1.3 grams of net carbs per piece!
What brands of keto ingredients did you use to make these bites?
There are many brands of peanut butter, powdered sugar, and chocolate you can use to make this recipe. Always read your nutritional labels to make sure the ingredients are keto. I choose peanut butters that contain only peanuts, or peanuts and salt. For my sugar, I prefer the Swerve brand. The sugar contains no calories and zero net carbs and tastes delicious! For my chocolate, I chose Lily’s brand semi-sweet chocolate chips. I think they taste just like regular semi-sweet chocolate chips, yet they contain zero net carbs!
Are these keto peanut butter chocolate bites hard to make?
No. These delicious treats are quick and easy to prepare. Simply use an electric mixer to beat softened cream cheese with keto peanut butter, keto powdered sugar, and vanilla. Then set the mixture in the refrigerator to chill while you chop your chocolate. It took me about 10 minutes to chop the chocolate. This allows the cream cheese peanut butter mixture to set which makes rolling it into balls much easier. Place your chopped chocolate in a bowl and roll the balls around in the chocolate until coated. You’ll likely get some chocolate in your cream cheese mixture as you work. Don’t worry. They taste awesome this way. I think the most difficult thing about these treats is not eating too many at once! They are a bit addictive.😊

Helpful Hints:
*Placing your cream cheese peanut butter mixture in the refrigerator while you chop your chocolate will make rolling it into balls easier.
*You can eat these right away; but I suggest letting them chill in the freezer for at least two hours before eating to allow them to harden a bit.
