When you want a quick, easy, and delicious low carb sweet, this keto peanut butter cinnamon fluff is the answer! This sweet treat is rich and creamy with a nice warm touch of cinnamon. There is no need to be tempted with high carb sweets when you can make this delicious treat in just 10 minutes.
Let’s talk about our peanut butter!
Peanut butter can be an awesome keto food option, but it’s important to know not all peanut butters are low carb and keto. Many peanut butters add sugar, molasses, and oils which aren’t keto. These extra and unnecessary ingredients also add to the carb count. When buying peanut butter, I only buy those which contain only peanuts or peanuts and salt. There are quite a few brands meeting this criteria to choose from. I’d suggest you try a few different brands and find one or two you like. And cost does not always determine quality. I have found very inexpensive brands of peanut butter which are amazingly flavorful. I think it’s important to be able to eat clean keto without spending a fortune to do so. A couple of my favorite inexpensive keto peanut butter choices include Crazy Richard’s and Kroger Natural peanut butter.
How do I make this keto peanut butter cinnamon fluff?
We start with making some whipped cream. For the best results, you’ll want to chill your bowl and beaters in the freezer for 15-20 minutes before using. Then beat your whipping cream until soft peaks form. This means when you remove the mixer, your whipped cream forms peaks which fall back into the cream and don’t hold their shape. Set this aside while you make the peanut butter mixture. You’ll want to use a mixer, either a hand mixer or stand mixture, to make this sweet treat. Cream your peanut butter and softened cream cheese together until your mixture is completely combined and smooth. Then, you’ll add your keto powdered sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Beat until your mixture is smooth and combined. At this point, you can serve immediately or store, in a covered container, in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
How can I serve this keto peanut butter cinnamon fluff?
This awesomely delicious fluff can be served as a dessert, as a snack, or as a dip. To serve as a dessert, you can simply serve as is, or you can top this with some sweetened keto whipped cream. If you’d like to make your own keto whipped cream, to a chilled bowl, simply add 1 cup of heavy whipped cream with 2 tablespoons of keto powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon of vanilla. Beat until stiff peaks form. This dish also makes for a quick and easy snack. If you’d like, you can also serve this as a dip, alongside some keto berries or even with some keto cookies.
