Let’s talk about our ingredients!
These muffin bites are incredibly easy to make, but there are a few things you can do to ensure yours come out perfectly every time! First, I recommend lining your baking sheet with parchment paper. This will ensure your bites won’t stick to the pan and makes for easy clean up. Next, I used a medium cookie scoop to make my bites, and this made 18 muffin bites. These bites hold their shape while baking, so you don’t have to worry about them spreading while they bake. You’ll want to bake your bites until they’re nicely browned and cooked through. I can tell by touching and pressing lightly on the tops of my muffin bites when they are done. Alternately, you can also use a toothpick to check for doneness. Last, after allowing your bites to cool, you can store them in an airtight container at room temperature.
