What ingredients go into this keto strawberry whipped cream?
Our strawberry whipped cream contains only 4 ingredients, but the combination results in a delicious and decadent whipped topping. We start with strawberries. You can use fresh or frozen strawberries for this dish. If you use frozen strawberries, just make sure the only ingredient is strawberries and there is no added sugar. If you use frozen strawberries, they’ll take longer on the stove; but they work perfectly for this dish. The other ingredients are the basic ingredients used to make regular whipped topping. They include heavy whipping cream, keto powdered sugar, and vanilla. Fun fact for the day, to be classified as heavy whipping cream, the cream must contain at least 36% milk fat.😉For the powdered sugar, I used the Swerve brand. It contains zero calories and zero net carbs. It is also delicious! The vanilla adds amazing flavor to our whipped cream.
