Let’s talk about the Buffalo sauce for these drumsticks!
The sauce for our drumsticks combines some amazing ingredients to create an awesomely delicious mixture for our chicken. We combine Frank’s Red Hot Buffalo Wings Sauce with apple cider vinegar, butter, Dijon mustard, smoked paprika, and pepper to create a savory and delicious sauce. This is a variation of the sauce I use to make my favorite chicken wings! We love the spice level and flavor of Frank’s Red Hot Buffalo Wings Sauce, but you can use any hot wings sauce you’d like. The other ingredients combine with the hot sauce to make an amazingly delicious wing sauce. This is a medium spicy sauce. You can always substitute with a hotter wings sauce than Frank’s Red Hot Buffalo Wings Sauce if you’d like a spicier and hotter chicken dish.
