Let’s talk about our pickle brine and seasonings!
This is literally the easiest brine ever, and it’s amazingly delicious. You simply cover your chicken with dill pickle juice and refrigerate it. You can use a resealable plastic bag or a covered container. You’ll want to use a large container so your pickle juice will cover your chicken. It took about 3 cups of pickle juice to cover my chicken. Depending on the container you use, it may take a little more or a little less. After your chicken is done marinating, you’ll want to discard the pickle juice and use paper towels to dry your chicken. Our seasoning mix is simple, yet delicious. We combine garlic and onion powder with paprika, salt, and pepper. Since the pickle juice gives the chicken such amazing flavor, a simple seasoning mix is all that’s needed to create an incredibly delicious chicken.
