Let’s talk tuna!
I have to tell you that I am not a tuna fish snob!😊 I like a variety of brands of canned tuna. Sometimes I buy Albacore tuna and sometimes I buy regular tuna. I do prefer tuna canned with water to tuna canned with oil. If you are carefully following your exact intake of protein, fat, and carbs, you’ll want to read the nutritional labels on your tuna as the amounts vary depending on the exact tuna you buy. It’s also a good idea to do a taste test to find the ones you and your family like best. I think that’s the most important thing.

There are numerous ways you can serve this tuna salad. You can serve it plain and simple in a bowl, perhaps with sliced tomatoes.
